Regularly you hear from people that they don't drink coffee late at night because they can't sleep due to the caffeine. Often they then order a cup of tea. But isn't there caffeine in tea? There are many different types of tea, from various countries, and they are picked, processed, and blended in different ways.

In broad terms, the following types of tea can be distinguished:
Black tea: Tea leaves are fermented or oxidized.
Green tea: Tea leaves are not fermented.
Fruit tea or Earl Grey: Black tea with an added flavor.
Herbal tea: This "tea" is not brewed from the tea plant but is an infusion of other dried plants, herbs, and/or spices (such as mint tea, licorice tea, and verbena tea). Because no tea is involved, this is also called an "infusion."

Caffeine per cup, on average:
Cup of coffee: 70 mg (40 mg to 100 mg depending on the strength)
Black tea: 40 mg
Green tea: 20 mg
Herbal tea: 0 mg

In short, can't sleep well if you've had caffeine? Then drink a cup of herbal tea in the evening.
