Jasmine tea

Jasmine tea is the combination of tea leaves with jasmine blossoms or buds. It is mixed in black, white, and green tea, but green tea with jasmine is by far the most popular. During production, the tea is dried together with the fresh flowers. These are replaced daily—up to seven times, for the most exclusive and jasmine plant-scented tea.
Tip! Green jasmine tea helps you lose weight. The green tea leaves, among other things, speed up your metabolism, even when you are at rest! With a faster metabolism, nutrients are broken down more quickly, making it easier for you to lose weight. The jasmine is naturally lightly sweet, so no extra sweetener is needed.
Did-you-know: End a romantic dinner with a cup of jasmine tea. The dried flower is said to be a strong aphrodisiac.
Recipe: In some types of jasmine tea, the petals are rolled into the tea leaves during drying. You then get very cute tea balls (dragon pearls): when you put them in the water, they slowly come apart. So be sure to use a transparent teapot to watch this process, as it looks magical!
