During the sushi workshop, the group becomes acquainted with the refined techniques and flavors of Japanese cuisine. Under the guidance of an experienced chef, participants will work together to prepare different types of sushi. From nigiri and hosomaki to maki and hand rolls: step by step, the group learns the techniques behind rolling, cutting, and presenting sushi. Fresh ingredients are used, and attention is paid to flavor balance, precision, and presentation.

During the workshop, the group can, if desired, enjoy a Japanese beverage arrangement, including kombucha, various types of sake, and Japanese beer. Afterwards, the group takes home not only the knowledge and techniques but also the recipes and the sushi mat to continue experimenting at home. An ideal workshop for teams, departments, or business relations.
